Upgrade 23 01 2020 there was a promotional offer of a smart watch that ended 29 01 2020 I sent off all detail receipts etc still not heard or received watch can't find a way to contact them any ideas

The promotion was run by Samsung, so you need to contact them directly but it does say that delivery is up to 45 days https://www.samsung.com/uk/trade-in/mobile-trade-in/watch-active-offer/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
