Anyone else already with virgin media AND O2, got sharks and messages about this so called wonderful new Volt benefits, only to login and find your data allowance has not been doubled at all!! Mine saying I don't live in an area that's applicable!! What, so central liverpool isn't included? Absolute joke.

Hey @Cleoriff that's a great point, we're seeing quite a lot of these coming through atm. Rather than merging, which can really mess up the main topic we'll do the lock and redirect process that we've done in previous busy iPhone years. If you see any flag them to us with a content report and we can lock and redirect to the main Volt topic. 🙂

What and where is the enrol button? Joined O2 from Virgin Mobile on 3rd November, double data not applied yet. Customer services at O2 no help at all.
