Hi, I joined O2 moble after Talktalk closed shop a few weeks ago. All seemed ok until I got a voicemail message. I can’t retrieve this nor can I set up voicemail reception. My phone is an I phone 4s on a pay monthly subscription. An O2 adviser told me to call 1750 then turn the phone off and on again, this didn’t work. Any help appreciated, thanks, Sammeg

All you need to know about vm here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/All-you-need-to-know-about-O2-Voicemail-901/ba-p/547712 but your problem will be the wrong data bolt on.
You need to call again and ask the for idata for iPhone to be applied to your account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you kindly for the info. As you said I asked for a bolt on and it worked. O2 staff seem to be efficient when you can ask for something specific. Thanks again, Sammeg
