Utterly frustrated trying to get anyone to talk to

Can ANYONE tell me what s wrong with customer service on O2??? Chat just ignores you - 202 tells you they are busy and hang up - nowhere on all the pages of bumf has an answer to my problem

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I gave O2 a PAC code 2 days ago - a shop employee actioned it for me. 48 hours later - nothing. Online customer service is diabolical!

I didn't and I gave you other numbers to try, but anyway, if you didn't receive a text giving you a changeover date, you need to submit the form again from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

 

Also ports don't happen over the weekend, so if it was requested Friday, Tuesday is the earliest it will port.

Most of us on here are customers, who are trying to help, we understand your frustrated.

 

As @mi5 has mentioned ports dont get actioned over a weekend, and ports from Friday usually happen Tuesday. 

 

It also reliant on your previous network agreeing to the port request. 

Let me tag @O2Georgina and @O2Lisa and see if they can help you further
