Hi, I need to speak to an advisor regarding a private matter, but I can neither chat online or call anyone up, not sure how I'm meant to resolve this matter if there's no one to speak to

There is no one taking calls, when I ring up I go through the menu and it says my call can't be taken

@Deckard87 If it's regarding your contract, you can try calling the Payment Management Team on

0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can try calling using Skype

The options already given are the only ones we have as customers.
You just have to keep trying the 0800 number above @Deckard87 using different options.
