So no options then, I've tried every direction through the menus when I've called up (over 20 times today) and still get the same no one to take my call message, O2 should have ceased cutting people off (as I have stated, in my case erroneously) regardless, add to this they are impossible to get in touch with and you have a very poor standard of service. I need my phone for work, which I still have to do, every day, and the fact you cannot get in touch with them, and they tell you to keep trying a number that clearly will never work is ridiculous
