02 Open 5 digit code for MOJ

I am trying to find out who I can contact who can assist me with the discount code on 02 Open for the company I work for.  

Because of who it is, it is virtually impossible to find anyone in HR or Employee services who knows what I am talking about, but it has been confirmed that we are eligible for the discount, just nobody knows the code!

HELP!

An 02 representative promised to call me back and this hasn't happened either, so any suggestions would be gratefully received at this point.

Just to update - I work for the Ministry of Justice and we are BLC holders

No one on this customer to customer community can help, all I can advise is go to o2open.co.uk which has all the information, but you should also be able to find the code by going to the likes of perks at work etc..
