So being the not so proud owner of a Samsng j5 from 2 years ago i held out with it and its memory problems for almost the 24 month contract period, I have a couple of months left before my contract runs out and decided today i would look at my available options online, for around the same price range. After browsing the available options to me i can see that my only option would be to take the same phone again at more of a cost as the only choice available for a better or on par phone any other choice would be a downgrade from the model i have.

My question would be is there more option in stores than online or would packing up and moving to another company be a better idea?

The same deals are available in both locations but you will find better at Carphone Warehouse.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Agree with that. Grandson has just got a S9+ from Carphone Warehouse. 2 year contract, No Refresh but he wasn't interested in that.

£6 less a month and still on O2 network. At the time he bought it there was an offer on where his 15GB data a month was increased to 30GB...
