@MI5 - can CPW tell where you got the contract from, or do they just get you to check My o2?

They will know when they enter your phone number into the computer.

As they are one of O2's trusted partners they more about your account than you do wink

On a standard contract you need to pay off the number of months remaining multiplied by your monthly tariff if you want to buy from CPW. The information is available in My O2.

Hi @Deeee1 considering you're wanting to upgrade from your current contract early, are you sure you don't want to consider a Refresh contract directly through O2, as this would be more beneficial if you want to upgrade early again in the future?
If your 5C is in good physical condition you can trade it in against the £70 upgrade fee. You can also enquire about student/employee discount, which often brings O2s prices in line with CPW
