Hiya, I have a sim only contract and my account shows I can upgrade but want to make sure there are no additional cost to upgrade. Any ideas how I can tell, I have gone through the upgrade process right up to pressing the final upgrade button and no mention of additional cost. I don't want to upgrade and then be landed with a bill for sim only contract.

It will tell you on the checkout page if you have any additional costs over and above the new contract.
You can also text the word "INFO" to 85075 for text confirmation.
