Yoou can find that in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If on refresh, you can pay off your device plan and upgrade at anytime.

If you are on a pay monthly sim only of a min 12 month term, you can upgrade after 3 months - have a look in MyO2 to see what options are available to you.
