so I wanted to pay off my device and change to a sim only plan, put my PayPal details in when checking out and nothing has happened. It shows in my PayPal the money has gone out but no confirmation of the switch or anything? Any help please

Tried paying off my device over phone to 02 but kept declining card even though I have the funds, who's best to call about this?

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
