Upgrade shambles

Has anyone else been experiencing the ludicrous circus that is upgrading to the iPhone 5 where you get a different answer off everyone you speak to at O2 but the outcome is always the same DISAPPOINTMENT.

They take your money very efficiently but it's a shame they aren't so efficient in actually delivering the handset to you. After originally seeing the phone in stock on the website over a week and half ago and that I would have it in 3 - 5 working days, then given two delivery dates I am now told it could be as much as 21 days after ordering.

Customer services are a joke if you didn't chase you wouldn't hear anything and the complaints department don't exactly rush to get back to you.

If you have had similar experiences I would love to hear about it

Firstly apologies to all involved.  But there are better ways to inform somebody that they should have done something differently than being a little sarcastic.  I'm afraid it was a little frustration coming out on my part and no harm was intentionally meant.

It is rather annoying the problems your facing have been present an awfully long time(since launch) we presumed it was because of the launch they were having problems. Apparently not:(

The wait I could live with if you were told more to be honest.  That's what I find most annoying.  But to go from 3-5 days to 21 day after ordering..... well lets say it's a little extreme.
