lost phone now have replacement SIM WITH SAME NUMBER, BUT CANNOT use in spare Nokia

Did you put a block on your account when you lost the sim? Might have to call to get it lifted now....

That's the usual cause.

Is this "spare Nokia" unlocked to o2? What does your phone say when you try to use it with the new sim card?
