hey i got my new blackberry in novmeber on pay as you go. it came with a sim card that when you top up £15 you get 500 free texts 500mb internet and bbm. recently ive been having problems with bbm. I downloaded bbm 7 and it didnt work so through a link i was able to redownload my old bbm. i haddent topped up for 2 months and tonight i topped up £15 and i got my 5oo texts and 500 mb of internet but instead of bbm the text said blackberrry email. how do i get bbm to work? please help
I'm afraid that from what I can see, the tariff has been changed from BBM to Email. I would say, try to contact o2 on 202 to see if they'll change it for you. Hope this helps!
