Has anyone else been experiencing the ludicrous circus that is upgrading to the iPhone 5 where you get a different answer off everyone you speak to at O2 but the outcome is always the same DISAPPOINTMENT.

They take your money very efficiently but it's a shame they aren't so efficient in actually delivering the handset to you. After originally seeing the phone in stock on the website over a week and half ago and that I would have it in 3 - 5 working days, then given two delivery dates I am now told it could be as much as 21 days after ordering.

Customer services are a joke if you didn't chase you wouldn't hear anything and the complaints department don't exactly rush to get back to you.

If you have had similar experiences I would love to hear about it

Agreed. That's the issues we were having last time(not that it helps you:()

All advisors gave us different times of delivery we were all promised something special in the form of us being prioritised. It was a complete shambles:(

You've already launched a formal complaint haven't you? Did you request compensation in it? If not I believe you should.

I had to wait 23 days during launch (was one of the first to order haha) and I got naff all. However were not in launch now they have no excuse for why you've been waiting so long:(

Yes, I have launched a formal complaint.  I have been offered £10 compensation.  What makes it worse is I had an offer from Envirofone for my Iphone 4 and that runs out on the 11th so I will be out of pocket there to.

I'd push for a bit more if I were you(don't ask you don't get right)

Well you have done all you can do. The CPW link up just has not worked at times and I suspect the information from the CPW to O2 is the cause of the issue. 

Have a look on the O2 recycle page and see what they offer you for your Iphone 4, then contact O2 to get them to match or honour the price if it goes over the offer date.

Is it the black 16 or 32gb? They were the hardest to get ahold of last time.

Yes it's the black 16GB.  Just have to play the waiting game I guess as it stands the latest I should receive it is the 22nd Feb.
