Hello, yestarday I make a upgrade my plan, I order a new Phone and I pay for next Day delivery, I can't track my order. Could you tell me what happened with my order?

You need to call O2. It's likely your phone is out of stock.

O2's stock system is NOT live. It will often show in stock when it actually isn't.

The only way for you to find out is to contact O2 on the number I gave above.

You will be able to get a refund for late delivery. Contact O2 on the number I gave above @Michal95
