If you dont make the payment to well after this timeframe you only have yourself to blame for it being barred.
You still get charged for the tariff regardless as you still get to use the full allowance when you do eventually pay your bill and the bar is removed.
The fact that you have not paid your bill on the day its meant to be paid is not a failure by o2.

You have plenty of methods where you can make payments.
Also O2 are contactable whether working via remote access or not.
I have given you the option to call any of the numerous numbers in my first post.
Also as said, you can use Skype which has worked for many people. If you choose not to pay, that's your loss. O2 will inform debt collectors and your credit rating will be ruined.
