I received a load of emails this evening (22:30) stating I had upgraded my phone and that it would be delivered tomorrow, and a separate text message asking me to click a link to agree to the phone plan credit agreement which I did not.
The online chat advised there is a phone ordered on my account, but that I can’t cancel it until tomorrow. I’m terrified someone will comment my house tomorrow to collect a phone that I’ve not ordered. I don’t know what to do, any advice at all? I’m so scared.

Hi you need to call customer service between 8 and 8.30 is best, and ask to speak to the fraud department. Don't be scared, they will cancel the phone for you. No one will come to the door as they would try and intercept the phone from the couriers, they certainly wouldn't be knocking and asking you.
Fraud will sort it out for you so please don't worry. If you see anyone hanging around outside then phone the police just as you would anyway if you saw something suspicious.

I know this must be worrying but follow @jonsie 's advice above, I would also ask you to check your online bank to ensure there is no suspicious activity on there.
