I received a call from a company called e2save the other day saying that they were working for o2 and that I could uprgade over the phone. I knew I was due for an upgrade so I went ahead with it but I haven't heard anything since. It's been about 10 days now and when I just contacted o2, they said that there was no upgrade visible on my account.
Has anyone else had issues with this? I'm concerned that if I upgrade now and then receive a phone from these e2save people I'll be paying twice?? I'm so confused! Have I been scammed?

If you have handed over your bank account details and have heard nothing about this upgrade, I think I would be checking my bank statement.
If it was E2Save you should be ok, but I'm sure they're not supposed to phone you like this.
