Yes, they will transfer upto £350 to a contract from a PAYG balance.

Yes if you change to sim only contract or a Refresh contract your credit is added to your account.

hi.it's me again.they billed me on 24th.i got the sim card on25th.changed my number on 25th.but my money still hasn't followed.i've just looked.and i can't work out why it hasn't arrived.only that they billed me before i got the sim card.sorry to be a pest.thanks very much .patsy31
