The IMEI you have provided has been returned from the manufacturer as
not being latched to the O2 network.
so they do sell 3310s unlocked!

Firstly I forgot to say a massive thanks to @EmilieT for sorting out my phone unlock a couple of months ago - amazing service!
Secondly - I am wondering if I can get my daughters phone unlocked too now?
