Carephonewarehouse - they are about £40 and all sim free so no need to get unlocked.

Try not to use Ebay (unless you have used a good supplier from there previously) There are some good sellers and some not so good . We have had a few reports on here with problem phones bought off Ebay wink

If your already on O2 then Carphone Warehouse, as suggested by MI5, also have an upgrade price too for Payg phones. Take your SIM card with you.

CEX who have both high street stores and an online site also offer some deals on phones.

Unfortunately you can't upgrade from giffgaff at CPW but you can just take the cheapest PAYG offer as all their phones are sim free and just bin the sim that you get with the phone (or keep it as a spare).
