Unlock a O2 pay as you go phone

I have a contract phone and a pay as you go phone with O2. How do I unlock my pay as you go phone

As long as the PAYG Phone is over 12 months in use the help is here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-S...
Note iPhones are an exception to the 12 month rule.

PS If you put the contract sim in the PAYG Phone it will be treated as a contract Phone and be unlocked for free.
