We recently got an unlatching code for a phone however the lack of data suggests it might not be unlocked fully. Can anyone advise? (All setting are correct to use mobile data it just doesn't work) thanks

@Claire23

You need an O2 sim in the new phone to register it on the network, then follow this guide using the details for the new phone, your own phone will not be effected at all.

Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card
