Leaving O2 today PAC code success but Samsung Galaxy S 8 locked to O2! Have received the same email 4 times after live chat and phone calls same code and doesn’t work! Help!

Possibly phone is hardlocked.

You may need an MCK which @RafaC or @lewys-gp can help you with.

That would be great as I am losing the will to live! No phone that works now and O2 just keep sending me the same code that doesn’t work! Can I see by looking if phone is hardlocked? I am not technical at all 🤦‍♀️
