Hi, i need help please. I have an unlock code sent from o2 to unlock my LG G7 thinQ to use with another sim but it keeps saying unsuccessful. Ive tried looking on here for solutions and tried them all but with only 3 atempts left, im desperate. Can anyone help please. Thanks

First question we always ask is, are you sure the phone is actually locked. O2 hasn't been locking phones for approx 2 years now. Best way to test, is to try another sim in the phone.

If it's locked then you should follow this guide Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card 

Or alternatively I could ask one of our account advisors @O2Lisa  to help here.

Hi, thanks for the response. Yes its locked as it says network locked when i put the other sim in and it works on a newer phone without any problems.

I went through the process of trying to get my iPhone 7 unlocked from O2 network 8 days ago, but I am still yet to receive my text to the unlock it. I have my IMEI number to do so but no text. Please can I have some assistance. Thank you.
