We recently got an unlatching code for a phone however the lack of data suggests it might not be unlocked fully. Can anyone advise? (All setting are correct to use mobile data it just doesn't work) thanks

I am contracted to EE I have bought a phone off a pay as you go 02 user it says i need a code to unblock it. How do I get the code? I can use the other features on the phone its just not accepting the sim. I have emailed my care but have been redirected because of corona!!! Can anyone please help?

I fairly recently passed my old Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 onto a friend, and took the sim out and put it into my new phone with O2 contract. Although the J3 is receiving the internet, it is telling me that the sim is invalid. But then it goes to a page telling me the phone needs certain codes to unlock it, how is this done.
