I blocked an o2 pay monthly sim. How do I go about unblocking it I’ve rang 202 but they can’t understand my security answer and then cut off. I’ve used live chat with no joy any ideas please.
How has the handset been blocked? Is it asking for a PUK code? If it's gone past this point you'd need to do a SIM swap, through either customer services or in store.
