Hi,
I have been trying to download a PDF of my bill from the website but keep getting an error saying Invalid PDF structure.
I have tried to download from different web browsers and different devices but always get the same error.

Hi @Chefpaddy , Sounds like a glitch on the website. Try giving it a day or two and trying again. We are directing most of our customers to myO2 so the site may be a little overloaded thus bugs can occur.

I have trying to for several weeks since the bill was issued and always the same problem. I have also tried other bills from previous months.
I really need a copy of it for some finacial reasons.

Call customer service to see if they can reset it for you
