Hi, i have received this email
“Account no: **********
Outstanding arrears: your airtime bill of £38.51
Unfortunately we've still not received your payment or been able to agree a repayment arrangement with you. So we've had to pass your account to Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited, who'll contact you about the money you owe.”
the problem is that I am unable to make the payment because the platform does not work for me it gives an error and the link you have sent by email is the same.
