Hi,
I'm unable to check my data usage on the app and online. I recently moved my number from giffgaff to a monthly o2 sim. Prior to the change of number, my data usage was visible on the app but it now only shows my text and minutes usage. Is there another way to check this?

Sounds like it needs to be reset then @Devji
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
