On the 21.10.24 I contacted o2 about being over charged when using my phone bill to pay for something I have paid my bill up to date with the usage this month but I am waiting for a refund from the company (Boku) that have over charged me it took me over two weeks to get a reply from them as o2 told me it was PlayStations problem when it wasn’t i needed to get into contact with Boku which led to delay In getting the refund process started. I stated mid last month on a phone call with yourselves that I only had money to pay my current bill not pay what I was over charged. I have proof from Boku that they have admitted I was over charged also.

Now I am receiving messages threatening to be cut off when I was told the young lady at o2 put a note on the system for me so that this wouldn’t happen. If someone could email me at (REMOVED) as I cannot contact o2 by phone as I have tried several times it just is asking me to “pay my bill” so I am unable to ring and speak to someone. I live alone and have medical problems so need access to be able to call.

kind Regards

Della

@Dellz4

Until Boku refund the money, then technically you still owe the money, so it might be worth speaking to them to see where that refund is.

You will need to reach out to o2 via Social Media if you cant use the phone,... Guide: How to find help & contact O2  and see if they can assist

All the systems with regard to sending texts and restricting service are automated and no one can stop the process

You will need to contact O2 again for reconnection

Any agreement you made with regards to waiting for the refund to hit your account would be nullified by the automation
