You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

After 20 years with o2, payment management could find no trace of me and cannot help

You are probably a legacy customer and your account has not been transferred to the new system 

Sadly, the only advice we can give is keep trying O2. Try the social media route
