I am unable to log into MyO2 to see my contract details and my phone usage and any other offers.
I visited an O2 shop 2 weeks ago and they detected that there was a miscellaneous password attached to my account which was one created by O2. I was assured that this would be corrected in 5 days but I am still not able to get into MyO2.
