Hi I have a contract with you and the payments are supposed to come out on the 7th of every month I was wondering if I could change the payment dates to the 24th of every month please

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
