Basically i paid my bill a little late and 02 unblocked my phone.
On there end its fine activated and working and has been well over 24 hours now since unblocked.
I have got a new micro sim also to see if that was the problem as suggested by my local 02 shop.
But it is still blocked to incoming/outgoing and everything else?
02 Just keep saying its fine nothing wrong.
02 web chat suggested a new sim again and again by i have done that.
Its not the phone as tried both the old and new sims in another phone and still blocked?
No one seems to be able to help?
Obviously i dont want to go through the month and then have a bill for my contract at the end of the month when i cant use it!
Any ideas?

Pursue Customer Services.
You've eliminated all the other possible problems so its got to be your account.
Escalate your call to a supervisor or go into an 02 high-street store to try and get the issue resolved.

You may need to call O2 to ask them to give you your PUK code, if the phone had been blocked.

Providing you've set it up, in "My o2" > "my phone", you should be able to see your PUK number there.
