UNBLOCKING PHONE HELP?

Basically i paid my bill a little late and 02 unblocked my phone.

 

On there end its fine activated and working and has been well over 24 hours now since unblocked.

 

I have got a new micro sim also to see if that was the problem as suggested by my local 02 shop.

 

But it is still blocked to incoming/outgoing and everything else?

 

02 Just keep saying its fine nothing wrong.

 

02 web chat suggested a new sim again and again by i have done that.

 

Its not the phone as tried both the old and new sims in another phone and still blocked?

 

No one seems to be able to help?

 

Obviously i dont want to go through the month and then have a bill for my contract at the end of the month when i cant use it!

 

Any ideas?

PUK has naff all to do with a blocked account (and I don't need to get my level up ;))

Right...O2 closed my Account or something and reopened it to see if that works.. said it should be up and running in a few hours but can take upto 24 hours..been about 12 hours now and sim is still blocked.. im thinking not going to work...not sure even O2 know what the problem is...

Final post on this one and not much of a happy one...

 

O2 finally unblocked my phone today and the man on the phone did it in 2 mins..

 

It had a lock on the sim so i couldnt use it in any phone and that was put on the sim by o2.

 

Point being why did it take numerous phone calls and live web chats to find this out when the man did it in literally 2 mins?

 

Very poor service by O2 or people not trained properly!

 

Good will gesture by O2 for inconvenience? £3 off my line rental! really? thats not even a good will gesture! thats barely nothing!

 

I will be complaining abou this anyway as really not good enough it any way.

 

Do i have to email mycare or is there another way to complain?
