I have 2 aims and did have one I phone on my account the iPhone being for my daughter. She told me to send that back for recycling and I would get cash back and I wouldn't have to pay for her phone anymore. I have since had countless demands for tis device and no. I cant get hold of anyone to discuss this and now my sim for my crappy Nokia has gone up in price. Please help am brain scrambled

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

You're supposed to pay off the device plan and then cancel.

Just recycling the phone, which you would have been paid for, does not cancel the contract.
