Yeah!!! All done! I gave my old number and all sorted. Despite my initial negative view of 02 and their customer services I am so happy the 02 community helped me sort things out. Thank you especially to Marjo who is awesome!!!

@AnonymousDid you do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/....or activate your new sim? https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim

If still having issues then contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or if easier pop into a local O2 shop and they will help you...

Sounds like a partial port.
Have you turned Phone off and back on again? You may need to do this a couple of times.
If not working after that call customer service.

Call 202 from another o2 phone if contract or 4445 for PAYG.
Numbers to call from a landline here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi. Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I still have no signal, no number, no phone. I feel like I am at the end of my tether after loads of chats online and calls to customer services whicjeeo telling me to wait another 24 hours. It's been a week now. I tried to go back to my old provider in frustration but have been told I need a PAC code from O2 !!!! Argggg! O2 can give me a PAC code as port not completed. I don't know what else to do as it is making me so stressed. I am going to try to find an 02 shop today.

You must get back onto CS to sort out the porting files for you.
They may have to request them again but they should be doing this on your behalf.
