Hi there,
I am trying to change my payment details and address for my ipad pay monthly account. My mobile phone number is registered under my account details, but when I try to change the address or payment details, the number associated with my ipad comes up as the number confirmation codes are sent to. The ipad doesnt receieve any of these. Is there any way to change this and stop o2 trying to send the texts to the ipad and to my mobile phone instead?
The mobile phone is not an o2 phone, and is not registered under this account.
