Hi,
Can anybody help to provide contact detail to speak to someone from O2 Admin Services?
I'm trying to get my LG G3 unlocked and after 3 attempts have now been emailed questioing that the phone is an O2 phone; it was purchased from O2 but has also had its motherboard replaced (arranged by O2)
I suspect the issue is the new motherboard.
My wife recieved and email from O2 Admin Services yesterday to which I replied including all the detail requested. I would like to follow up to check that it is being dealt with.
Thanks,
JD

I assume you have tried a non o2 sim in to confirm it actually is locked to o2?
