I've used the online wizard to try and transfer my mobile number over several times. Still got the old number and have had no feedback as to why the transfer is not working. Please could you help?

Where are you transferring from and to?
Are you trying to bring your number from another network?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Wingram we can't help without more info or your other option is to call customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

How long ago did you get your PAC as they are only valid for 30 days?

If beyond that, ask Three for a new PAC.

Then call customer services on 202 and give them your temporary O2 number, your PAC and your Three number that you want to keep.

If done today, next week, the 27th, will be the first available date to switch.
