hi. How long does it take to transfer number after giving pac code? did this last week & still waiting.

Number ports are taking longer than normal at the moment.

Thanks for reply, I have just tried this option, all I got was if query was fraud related stop on phone or goodbye & the line went dead. Really unsure what to do now as relying on phone for work contact. Any ideas? Thanks in anticipation.

Customer service are the only people that have access to your account to check it, you need to stay on the line and speak to someone.

Hi 

 I am still waiting for my old number to transfer to my new O2 account. How long does it take? i know we all have a big problem at the moment, i have tryed to contact coustmer services ,get so far through and then cut off.Back to square one. All i want to know is if my request is in the que ?

    Ass a NEW coustmer i am NOT impressed. Can someone help please?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
