Texting Balance notification - Again!

Yes, this old Chesnut again but over and since the weekend I no longer seem to be getting that notification after I send a text message/s . I rather like having these to be honest and did have a 'Live Chat' where the bloke asked  me my phone number and balance! Not quite sure what the relevance of the latter was. I know at busy holiday time this feature has ceased for one reason or another.

I would contact CS and speak to someone....Live chat didn't help so someone needs to reset balance notifications on your account

4445 if they have completely stopped however you may wish to wait a day and see if they start back by themselves.
Occasionally the system stops sending but usually corrects itself.

I presume they asked you for your phone number and balance for security reasons.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
