Deposit refund

Hi, yesterday i noticed my deposit had been paid back to my O2 account so i called them to ask for it to be paid back to my card. I was told it will take upto 5 days, which is fine.

 

My question is that this morning the amount is still showing on my O2 account is that normal when ive asked for it to be paid out?

Weren't sure if i needed to call them up again?

Yes that's normal.
