Hi _ I got a text from UAE so bought bolt-on so I could reply but it won't send....any ideas?

Sounds like your spend cap is set to zero 

The bolt on will reduce the charge but they are still 15p

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Put their number into WhatsApp and if they are using it you can message them for free.

@Bew Unfortunately WhatsApp is banned in the UAE, but there are ways around it: List Of Countries Where WhatsApp Is Banned 2023 (milliondeets.com)

Edit: Just found this: WhatsApp Banned Countries List [2023 World Statistics] - SPL VPN

It says "It should also be pointed out that among these countries, the UAE only bans WhatsApp voice and video calls, but it is possible to send and receive text messages."

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Messages are OK Calling and Video are not
