I have tried a few times the day to text balance to 20202 to find out my remaning monthly free text and internet data but the service has not text me back. Even the *0# that I use before a text to find out if a text was delivered has not come back for it. I know text is working for I have had two text the day from my sister and two from a friend.
Anyone else had problems with text balance to 20202 the day.

You may have to call O2 if it's not working.

I've had the same problem for a couple of days.
Have just been in touch with O2 and they are aware of the problem, and hope to fix it in the next day or so.
In the meantime if you ring 4444 and then choose option 2 and then option 2 again you will be able to get details of number of megabytes, minutes and texts remaining on your account.
