Why is this month's bil same as last month when I have been deactivated for 2 weeks due to the current pandemic

What do you mean deactivated @paul2066?
Your contract does not stop unless you cancel (and doing so before reaching the minimum term will cause a final bill to be due) regardless of the country beimg in lockdown.
