so after days of trying i thought finally, my cards been accepted.. wrong, they took £40 upfront and didnt send confirmation email, once again said my details were incorrect how if they have took money!!!! To make this better i have no way of contacting 02!!!!!!!!!!!

Chances are the money has just been reserved at your bank.
When the transaction fails to complete (around 10 days if I remember correctly) then the money should get freed up.
